FORM OF INTEREST - SUMMER PROGRAMS 2022

To register you will need to:
(a) Complete the Form of Interest online.
(b) Submit the signed Registration Form.
(c) Pay the total participation fee in one lump sum by 14/06/2022.

In case of withdrawal from participation, the Discontinuation of Participation Form must be submitted online at least 5 days before the beginning of the program. In this case, 50% of the total amount due will be withheld. In the event of an inappropriate or late withdrawal, all the amount due is withheld.

In the event of incomplete completion of the registration, the Schools have the right to refuse the student's participation in the program.

In order to submit your application for the participation in the Program, the disclosure of your personal data is required (indicative: name, school, telephone, email, etc.). The data which is marked is necessary in order to submit your Declaration / Application. The data that is not marked is optional.

The School collects and processes your personal data in order for you to participate in this Program.

4. Legal grounds for the processing
The legal grounds for the collection and processing of your data is signing a contract. The marked data that you will provide us with are necessary for your participation in the Program. Your failure to provide the information on your behalf will result in your inability to participate in the Program.

5. Personal data recipients - Impartations
Your personal data is transmitted and processed by the Company’s staff, which is bound by confidentiality clauses. The data we collect for this purpose will not be transmitted to third parties. The School may be liable for the disclosure of certain candidate data to third parties, such as government authorities, in accordance with applicable laws.

6. Processing security
The Company takes appropriate security measures to ensure the best possible protection of all personal data and to avoid accidental loss, use or unauthorized access to personal data and restricts access to candidates' personal data to individuals who really need it for performing their duties. The Company has established procedures for dealing with any breaches of data security, in order to be able to comply with its legal obligations in case of a personal data breach.

7. Data retention time
After the completion of the Program, your data is kept in the School file for a period of one (1) year and then deleted from all databases. It is clarified that the deletion takes place at the end of the calendar year within which the period of one (1) year is completed.

8. Your rights regarding your personal data
You have the right to submit a request to the School for information, access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, objection as well as the right to the portability of your data (if this is possible, according to law).

To use your rights you can submit a special Application Form for Using Rights in the following ways:

i. By sending an e-mail to: dpo@mandoulides.edu.gr.
